The North Dakota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association is an organization that is affiliated with the North Dakota Council of Educational Leaders.   The organization membership is athletic administrators, school administrators, and other individuals who subscribe to the NDIAAA purpose:

·         Promote school athletic programs that adhere to the objectives that create a total educational program

·         Promote and provide the highest level of professional development to the membership

·         Promote the widest possible participation with the highest standards of ethics

·         Assist the North Dakota High School Activities Association and North Dakota High School Coaches Association in promoting their objectives

Provide orientation to new athletic administrators and opportunities for mentorship
