Core 1 - Collaborative Leadership and Professional Learning Communities:  Assists the school to explore and assess the Breaking Ranks II recommendations and the suggested strategies for each recommendation in this core area.

Paper versions of each instrument are found in the Breaking Ranks II: Strategies for Leading High School Reform book and may be used free of charge.  Users are responsible for collecting and tabulating their own data when paper instruments are used.
